This paper concerns an open container, formed by bending lengthwise a long strip of weightless nonstretchable impermeable fabric and holding its long edges parallel and horizontal. Given that the container is filled to the rim with fluid, closed form analytical solution is obtained for the capacity of the container and the shape of its envelope.
